Blue Belt Program for Beginners

These classes are for those who are just beginning their journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and are open to all ages (adults) and fitness levels.

The general idea in BJJ is to first secure the best possible position on the ground, and then to choke or lock-out the joint of an opponent, forcing the opponent to submit, pass out, or suffer serious bodily harm. It is the only proven style where a smaller person can immobilise and defeat a stronger, larger attacker.

We call this our Blue Belt program because it's the goal achieved by every student who undertakes the program. You will learn:
